I am a generative artist and a morphogenetic designer.
 My artworks aim at
 deconstructing the analogue world
 to rebuild a digital/amplified one.
As a designer I create objects, develop code,
 build installations and change environments
with a methodology based on the observation
of natural phenomena and its translation
 into abstract logical synthesis.

This is a project part of the interactive typography series.
In this case I wanted to demonstrate what algorithmic design can bring to a standard design practice: uniqueness.
By use of computer code I could generate a limited series of 50 covers to be used for my extended portfolios, the algorithmic design was based on the modulation of the old mattjakob.com logotype.
Once devised an abstract logical structure connecting the various elements, the script automatically generated the fifty unique vector drawings to be used as covers.
Little stroke and colour corrections in Adobe Illustrator and the pages were ready to be imported in Adobe InDesign for publishing.
